LotBounty is a deal analysis tool designed to help trading card game (TCG) hobbyists and resellers evaluate whether a card lot represents a favorable buying opportunity. You enter card data — names, quantities, conditions, your estimated market values, and your cost — and LotBounty returns a composite Bounty Score (1–10) along with supporting metrics including estimated profit margins, liquidity scores, anchor risk, and time efficiency.
The Service is currently in public beta. Features may change, and the Service may experience downtime without notice.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
LotBounty's output is only as reliable as the data you enter. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the card names, quantities, conditions, estimated prices, and costs you provide. Entering inflated, fabricated, or otherwise inaccurate data will produce meaningless scores.
You are responsible for independently verifying market prices, card authenticity, card condition, and the completeness of any lot before making a purchase. LotBounty does not verify any of the data you enter.

The Bounty Score and all supporting metrics are estimates only. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, or business advice. LotBounty is an analytical tool, not a professional advisor. You should not make purchasing decisions based solely on a Bounty Score.
LotBounty calculates estimated net profit using a fixed fee model that assumes the following:
These assumptions are reasonable U.S.-based approximations for TCG singles listed on eBay. Your actual fees, shipping costs, and time investment will vary. LotBounty makes no warranty that these assumptions reflect your specific situation, eBay account tier, or geographic location.
TCG card prices can be highly volatile. A card's market value may rise or fall significantly between the time you evaluate a lot and the time you list or sell individual cards. LotBounty uses only the estimated prices you provide — it has no access to live market data. You are responsible for looking up current market prices before making any purchasing decision.
Card condition is a significant driver of market value and sell-through time. LotBounty's condition model (NM, LP, MP, HP, DMG) affects liquidity scoring only — it does not adjust your estimated prices. Graded cards (PSA, BGS, CGC, etc.) are not natively modeled. The actual saleable condition of cards in a physical lot can only be determined by direct inspection. LotBounty cannot assess physical card quality.
LotBounty performs no verification of card authenticity. Counterfeit, altered, proxy, or misrepresented cards are the buyer's risk. We strongly recommend physically inspecting all cards or purchasing only from reputable sellers with verifiable track records.
Many TCG cards exist in multiple variants that carry substantially different market values — for example: first edition vs. unlimited print runs, shadowless vs. standard base sets, foil vs. non-foil, alternate art vs. standard art, showcase frames, and regional language differences. LotBounty does not distinguish between card variants — it uses the name and estimated price you enter. You are solely responsible for entering the correct variant and a price that reflects that specific printing. Valuations based on the wrong variant are the user's error, not the app's.
TCG card prices are acutely sensitive to competitive events, tournament rulings, and official ban list announcements. A card's market value can drop 50–90% within hours of a ban announcement or format rotation. LotBounty scores are a snapshot based on the prices you enter at the moment of analysis. We expressly disclaim liability for losses caused by subsequent ban list changes, format rotations, errata rulings, or any other competitive meta event that affects card values after your analysis is generated.
eBay's fee structure, policies, and category rates change periodically. The fee model built into LotBounty may not reflect the current eBay fee schedule at the time you use the Service. Always verify current fees at eBay's official fee page before relying on profit estimates.
LotBounty is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay, TCGPlayer, Cardmarket, Alt4, PriceCharting, PSA, BGS, CGC, or any TCG publisher including Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Wizards of the Coast, Bandai, or Konami. References to these platforms or grading services are for descriptive purposes only.
The LotBounty scoring algorithm, fee model, code, design, text, and logo are owned by LotBounty and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

LotBounty ("we," "us," "our") operates the website at lotbounty.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to it.

When you use the analysis tool, you submit card data — names, quantities, conditions, estimated prices, and your cost — to our server. This data is processed in memory to generate your score and is immediately discarded. It is never written to a database, logged in any persistent form, or associated with your identity.
If you click "Save Analysis," that data is stored in your browser's localStorage — a storage mechanism local to your device and browser. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. Clearing your browser data will permanently delete your saved analyses.
If you submit the email signup or feedback form on the main page, your email address is transmitted to Formspree (our form processing provider) and forwarded to us. We use this to send product updates and respond to feedback. You can unsubscribe from update emails at any time by replying with "unsubscribe."
Like all web servers, ours automatically records standard HTTP request logs when you visit LotBounty. These logs may include your IP address, browser type, referring page, pages visited, and timestamps. We use this data to:
Log data is retained for up to 30 days and then deleted. We do not use log data to build user profiles or for advertising.
LotBounty does not set any tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies. We do not use any third-party analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics). The only browser storage we use is localStorage for your voluntarily saved analyses (see 2b).

Our application is hosted on Railway's cloud infrastructure. Railway's servers process all HTTP requests to lotbounty.com, which means Railway receives your IP address and request data as a matter of standard network operation. See Railway's Privacy Policy.
Email addresses and messages you submit via our signup or feedback forms are processed by Formspree before being forwarded to us. Formspree is subject to its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing Formspree's Privacy Policy before submitting a form.
We load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts, which involves your browser making a request to Google's CDN servers. Google may log this request. See Google's Privacy Policy. If you prefer, you can block Google Fonts via your browser or a content blocker; the app will fall back to system fonts.
If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to data portability, the right to restrict processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our legal basis for processing your email address (if provided) is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
